I ordered a pizza on Black Friday because you know I?m already tired of thanksgiving leftovers. I decided I wanted a pizza right... at dinner time so I didn?t expect my order to be ready super quick and I was okay with that. I was actually pleasantly surprisedby the speed of service given the holiday weekend as well as the poor weather. As I sit down to enjoy my delicious pizza I getan email from the company that my delivery wasn?t up to their standards and wanted to make it up to me. Every time I?ve ordered from this place it?s arrived cold, or has taken 2 hours to deliver. Not to mention a lot of the time my... order is wrong. Im usually not a Karen but I just called after placing an order an hour ago and they informed me they wouldn?tbe able to deliver it for another 2 hours. I don?t even live 5 minutes from the store. Placed an hour and 15 minutes ago. Tracking says food was being prepped an hour ago. The site has not refreshed since then. No... one will answer the phones. I was on hold for 15 minutes before someone answered. This is the first time this has happened. Ihaven?t ordered from here since the last time it happened but I really hoped it would be different and maybe last time was justa bad day. My husband was finally speak with someone to cancel the order because even after an hour and a half wait they said itwould still take another 45 to an hour longer before they got it to us. I understand being short staffed or busy but maybe theweb page should give you an eta that?s more accurate for days such as these. Read more
Ordered a cheesy bread and sandwich 40 minutes ago. It still has not been prepared. I tried calling the store but the automated... system let me know my order was being prepared and I was unable to speak to someone to cancel my order. Now I'm just waiting.They should be calling to let me know that either the order can't be made or that it's going to be a few hrs. Estimated deliverywas 35- 40 mins and it's been 40 minutes and it hasn't even been put in the oven. After I made a 1 star review it was in theoven and delivered quickly and was made perfectly and warm. I just wanted to know if everything was good with the order and wasunable to speak to anyone. Tried to order pizza on the app and redeem my free pizza, order wouldn?t go thru, error message. Tried calling only to get a... computer recording to try to order from not a real person. Finally just drove to store because I promised my kiddo a pineappleand bacon pizza, only to be told not to use window pickup as delivery method that it gives people an error message. Switched toin store pickup and actually ordered thru app while standing at counter! Ridiculous! Read more
I just witnessed how they deliver pizza from domino's. The driver sets the food on the ground at your door, knocks twice, and... walks off. The driver just got in their car, and drove off. Dominos got their money, and they are done with you. I will neverorder from domino's pizza ever. Read more
