I usually don't write reviews unless I feel very strong about the situation and in this case I feel the need to share. I called... in and ordered my food and was told 15 minutes, fine no problem not horrible. I ask to make my bread sticks a little crispy dueto the last two times I have order them the bread sticks are not even cooked all the way. The man on phone says no problem. Iproceed to the store to pick my food up, when I get to the store and tell them im there, the man in the front proceeds to yellto another man in the back to get the crispy bread sticks ready and bagged, okay cool well as I'm watching the man in the backget my bread sticks ready he is on his phone proceeding to change it between hands, then handling my breadsticks while alsowiping his hands on his pants and then again touching my food. At this point I'm just discusted and I go on to tell the man inthe front that I will not take those breadsticks after I just watched what accured. He tells me he understands and proceeds togive me my pizza and a different order of breadsticks. At this point I'm just over it and leave with food I know I won't eat.This place needs to be shut down by the health department , I have worked in the restaurant industry and what I witnessedtonight was not okay at all. We had a party planned for my son and had ordered three pizzas for everyone to eat. We got the pizzas here about ten minutes... before people showed up and the pizzas were not fully cooked. We put them in the oven for about ten minutes and it was stilldoughy. They did, however, provide me with a refund but I had to keep my guests waiting because I had to order pizza fromdominos. I'd I could leave no stars I would. This place has just gone down hill... no one wearing gloves. The girl at the counter paid... more attention to her phone than what I was ordering, told me it would be a five minute wait cause "she" had to go make it thensat at the counter for 5 minutes on her phone. Last encounter I had, I ended up having to drive up here after ordering fordelivery online. Got here at 9:04 and the girl up front shut the door in my face and locked it until I asked for the managerbecause my food was over an hour late. Finally got it and it was cold. Read more
This store is horrible they need to fire everyone working there horrible customer service. And employees stand around talking... with friends . And throw pizza on the counter and walk off don't hand it to you . Don't even give u a receipt. I could of walkout with out paying and workers would of never know . Customer service is horrible and they are very slow. Very unprofessional staff. One employee had her kids here running around... the cooking area in their pajamas with no shoes on. Climbing in the cooler. One child even cursed her mother out in front ofpatrons to include myself, at which point the mother slapped the child in the face in front of everyone. This place gets a bad wrap too often. It's excellent more times than not. Online order ready sooner than expected. Two bags of... cookies for me 4 year old. Can't beat the price too! Read more
Placed an online order got there and our order was wrong so waited 30 minutes for a remake while the manager is eating and then... they forgot my 2nd pizza while the manager is laughing and dancing with another employee. They have 0 customer service skills,cussing and plain rude. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Read more
