The food was great and I loved the customer service... Very friendly and professional... We arrived right after 7pm like 7:12pm... we ordered our pizza and wings and drinks checked out the salad bar..... Salad was good.... No cinnamon roll was on the bar....And was never put on the bar..... We wanted to try your cinnamon rolls.... Don't forget to always finish strong .... I believe7pm is an appropriate time to arrive for dinner and make it through the full course meal... Read more
Excellent food and convenient salad bar. They should change the tv's inside to something that caters to their slightly oder... clientele, instead of ESPN. Not a single person inside was watching TV. If they watch something that appeals to them, they willmost likely stay longer and spend more money. Perhaps, finish repairs to the seating area. Throw some new paint on the walls,ceiling and update the school photos on the walls. Read more
Quality of chicken was worse than the frozen microwave chicken fingers at the market. Quality of the pizza was worse than fast... food pizza you can get anywhere else for half the price. Ordered a salad and got a box that I had to fill up at a salad bar onmy own. Have not eaten here in many years. I remember the pizza being really great. It's terrible now. Took 40 minutes toget something that was prepared in 10 minutes. Food did not sit right and now I regret going. It's basically Chuck E Cheesefood. Not for an adult's stomach to digest. Read more
First time having Mazzio's. Loved every bite! Delivery was quick, even though I ordered within half an hour of their closing... time. Thank you Mazzio's for satisfying my pizza craving! Will be ordering from you again! Really enjoyed the Stuffed crustpizza. Just hoping that a smaller size can be ordered in the future. ?? Read more
Well, to be honest, I am a little disappointed. For as long as I can remember, Mazzio's has been the absolute best pizza on the... market. But it has been a little over two years since my last visit. They have changed their pizza dough. It is still good,but it is no longer anything special. It's basically the same as virtually every other fast food pizza now. I still rate theplace 4 stars primarily because the staff was friendly and professional. I just wish they hadn't changed their product. Read more
So, the food was good, this is what I had. I had never been before, not sure if I would go back. They forgot plastic then told... me they would get it, then didn't so I had to actually walk up and ask for it. Now I wasn't going to share this picture but after what happened today, I "highly" recommend this restaurant. I ordered online... today for the first time but I overlooked the item I was searching for. When I picked up the order I asked the cashier, didthey sell the item I wanted because I couldn't find it on the internet. She got the manager to come and show me what I waslooking for and after seeing I could have gotten it cheaper, I just smh!!! Then I proceeded to order me something to drink andthe manager offered to buy the drink for me... Now I said all that to say this; you may not get a free item but for me, it wasjust the fact that he offered it to me without hesitation. I've had problems with pizza places that made mistakes with my orderand didn't offer anything. That was true customers service because I wasn't looking for anything free.
