This is one of the only pizza places around here that cooks the pizza well done if requested. Whoever is making the pizza,... you're amazing. However our pizza has never been delivered on time. It is always 30+ min late. Maybe your delivery zone is toolarge, or youre over loading your driver with orders...either way the hard work in your kitchen is going to waste thanks towhoever manages deliveries Read more

I recognize that today is the busiest day of the year for pizza places. Because I knew that, I called my order in an hour and a... half before my scheduled pickup time. I made sure they repeated my order back to me when I'd finished (it was only 3 pizzas, andnothing odd/unusual about the order). When I arrived, they were all incorrect re the toppings, one that was supposed to be thincrust was original crust, and 2 of them were larges instead of the extra larges I had ordered. When I noticed they were allmarked as 14"(large), I asked if my order has been mixed up with someone else's, because I had ordered 2 extra larges and 1large. Once I saw the sizes were wrong, I checked the toppings, and all were incorrect. Also, there was only 1 garlic butterincluded, to which the cashier responded you have to pay extra for those on thin crust(I had ordered 2, but only got 1...so, Istill should've gotten 2, but they refused because I had ordered 2!!) The manager walked up because he could see things weren'tgoing well. I explained that I had ordered so far in advance and confirmed the order accuracy before hanging up, because I knewthey'd be super busy today. His response, "The order was entered wrong"....not 'sorry', just "Well we can remake them for you,if you want to wait, but we'll need to redo the order, and you'll have to pay more" Wow! I ordered online and arrived at the time the website said it would be ready and it was perfectly timed. It was a Friday night so... they were busy and they lobby was full but they had 12 people working and communicating. They were efficient and handledeverything well. The pizza had a piece that was missing cheese and toppings. The cheesy bread was a little burnt on the edgesbut this didn?t ruin the food and my little boy never complained.
