The chili was delicious just needed a little bit more meat like they used to have in it
The shift on Friday 7/29/22 was very unprofessional. The lady who took my order need to go to school for customer service.
Fries were very overcooked, order was wrong even though the order was confirmed, and the lady didn't add the sauces I asked for... bc their was a charge. I don't mind paying a charge. I want my sauces. Had to edit this and make it a one star because the meatwas undercooked/raw. This can make anyone sick. Read more
This is a garbage restaurant,i have never been there where they get the order right, they are always unpleasant and rude to talk... to.It is literally the worst Wendy's in the area. I live a block behind them and i will always go to port arthur because theyare incompetent and rude. If i could id give them less than one star. Do yourself a favor and pick anywhere else to eat. DO NOT GO INSIDE! IT WILL TAKE FOREVER! The drive through is completely fine but I went inside to eat lunch one day and it took... 30 minutes for my food to come out. Again, just do the drive through here. Read more
Overall very good experience. Excellent and prompt service and staff. Liked the very well organized staff and service delivery... system. They work as a team to deliver the best service possible. Gave me regular nuggets although I kept saying I wanted spicynuggets. Gave me 8 nuggets instead of 10. They got to know me well at the service counter. I was very patient and low key. Iunderstand employees have been working all day and get very tired by 5 pm. My approach is we are all human. I proceed to moveforward. Next. Read more
This was one of the best visits to a fast food joint in a long time. Jazreal took our order, even though he was one of the... cooks, e was helping all around. I couldn't have been happier. My wife is gluten free, not by choice and he made our foodperfectly. This does not happen often but he did a fantastic job of listening and serving us. Someone give this kid a raise! Read more
