Hit or miss, depending on who's working. When one guy (I presume the owner?) is working, all the pizza is awesome. When he's... not, the other guy doesn't do a very good job. I picked up a Detroit pizza today that was very under cooked :/. I'll keep goinghere, though, because when it's good, it's really good. Read more
Chicken cutlet sub with overcooked unseasoned chicken that appears to have been deep fried with no batter, I was so looking... forward to this!! So unappetizing and inedible. Also got a cheeseburger sub with all the cheese stuck to the paper and noflavor. Will not return to Needham House of Pizza!! Read more
I gave them a 1-star rating; however, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My friends and I ordered pizza for the Super... Bowl at 1 pm so they could deliver it to us at 6:30 pm. We live on a college campus and gave them the exact location of thebuilding we were in. The delivery guy came to the site and was confused about where to walk in, and instead of calling us to letus know he was outside, he decided to leave. We had reached out, and they responded to us saying that the order was out fordelivery. Yet, after an hour and a half of waiting, we decided to call again, and we found out the situation and becamefrustrated. By the time the pizza got to us, it was completely cold, and when we talked to the delivery guy, he said, "Ya, I getit, I really don't care if you don't pay." Later, we got a call from the manager trying to convince us that they did call us tolet us know that the pizza was outside and guilt trip us to pay the full service. The manager was utterly unprofessional and wasyelling through the phone, disrespectfully trying to guilt-trip us into paying the total price. I was in absolute shock with thecustomer service. If the manager acts this way, I cannot expect much for the rest of the company. Never ordering from this placeagain, and I hope you all don't either. Read more
variety of food choices. I ordered Alfredo meatball spaghetti XD yes, i know its a weird combo, but i love their alfredo sauce.... If you visit here at lunch, it may be jammed, but worth waiting. Got take out. The price wasn't too bad. They give you plenty of pepperoni n cheese. Just the size seemed a bit small. Got a... medium and lucky I got wings to fill us up. Wings were okay but not Buffalo wings from the Anchor bar. Read more
