Got the crispy chicken sandwich. They were COMPLETELY OUT of grilled chicken. :( The box the sandwich looks ????. I thought... wow, this looks promising. However when I opened it I was disappointed. The piece of chicken didn't cover the inner part ofthe buns diameter. So after a few bites of bun & pickle & mayo I bite into the chicken & to my surprise it tasted great! Just stopped for a quick bite to eat before getting back on our road trip. We were helped at the front register by a gentleman... named Daniel. He gave great customer service and was very personable and friendly. He deserves a shout out! Food was tasty! Read more
If I could give zero stars , I would . Negative amount of stars actually... My dad ordered a famous star yesterday, with no... pickles/ no onions ... What he received was a burger with just mustard and ketchup, .. so he parks his truck and goes in to getit corrected.. the manager, very RUDELY snatches it out of my dad's hands and throws it away . (I know they have to discard it)she then goes to the back and comes back with what was supposed to be the corrected burger , before pulling out of the drivewaymy dad checks his burger, and it was made the same exact way as the one she messed up the first time . 9pm stop to get a Western bacon.Now this is my Favorite burger from Carl's Jr. , But I think I got what was left over from a... hard day's work...or maybe it was something else the weather or the grill was dirty cuz this was the worst burger I've ever hadfrom this place. I was driving from SoCal and decided to stop here for some food, immediately walked into a clean environment, and was greeted by... extremely friendly employees. There were only 2 people on shift but they still managed to keep a smile and worked extra hard tomake sure no one had a severely long wait.
