We had been driving for about 4 hours, really wanted a breakfast sandwich quick. Pulled off the freeway into McDonald's, ordered... an egg mcmuffin and a sausage mcmuffin with egg. Paid for the meal and drove off only to realize we had been charged $5.89 persandwich. I went online to check their menu prices and it said $2.89. I don't know what is going on there but they are rippingpeople off and there are alot of people that use that McDonald's. If I wasn't 20 miles down the road from the Needles CArestaurant by the time I realized it, there would have been a discussion. Read more
Timing was great went through the drive through perfectly! Line was back to speakers and never really stopped, crew was on it! ... We where doing school lunch run and was able to enjoy lunch without being in a hurry 2 McChicken, Hottest Fries imaginable wehad to wait to eat them and a frappe all perfect! Read more
This was probably the grossest mcdonalds I've ever been in. Stopped here on a road trip wanting to sit down and eat inside where... it's nice and cool but the place is INFESTED with flies. I saw one crawling around inside the pastry display case on thecookies. When my partner and I sat down to eat we couldnt go more than 5 seconds without a fly landing on us or our food. Thesheer amount of flies surrounding us forced me to get up and eat outside standing in the 100° heat instead. I cant even beginto imagine how many flies get on the food they serve here. Read more
This place has got some problems. It's clean enough, but the staff aren't great. Half of them were sitting around, the other... half just didn't want to be there. They gave us too many chicken nuggets (better than too few, I guess), and they missed two ofour burgers. One lady, which appeared to be the manager, started to get passive aggressive and argue with us about the burgerswe were missing. It took a while to get that issue resolved and set us back on our road trip. Read more
The employees were really nice and working I guess as fast as they could, and it was almost empty when I first walked in then a... rush came out of nowhere it seems. It got really overcrowded in the space by the register(s) and a nasty little kid was coughingall over the place without a mask on. Read more
This place needs a good manager. It took at least ten minutes to get two drinks and burgers. We had to wait because another... employee took half of our order to the drive thru pickup order outside. Girl at register needs customer service training. Read more
It's a McDonalds, like all of them you know what you are getting and what to expect. Food was hot, service good.
