The staff is always friendly and efficient. My food is ALWAYS right and I love the orange cream shake season.

Food was hot, crinkle fries were amazing! However, the employees seem to be confused as to what comes on a chicken bacon... swiss...hint hint it's not mayonnaise! After their second attempt of trying to make, I will probably be visiting anotherlocation that makes it correctly without the mayonnaise... Read more

Three employees in the kitchen and no one greeted us. At least two of them saw us walk in but it took at least a minute before... anyone even acknowledged us. The guy with the headset on rang us up. He was nice but didnt seem to want to be there. I get thatthe food wont look like the pictures, but at least put all the correct items on each sandwich. Got the smokehouse brisket and itwas missing the onion rings. My dad got the same thing and it too was missing the onion rings and had very little sauce. Mycurly fries were cold and old looking. I couldn't even finish them. Store was clean from what I could see. After we were servedour food the employees stood around in the kitchen eating. Right where everyone could see them. Got roast turkey wrap.. used to love your wraps.. then you got rid of the best 0nes.. today i settled for this 1 ...really ?? Ty... for giving me the most dried out wrap you had.. hard n chewy... 2 bites n i threw it out.. fyi dont do a wrap in a old dried outwrap...common sense Read more
