Terribly confused on how I can get a free pizza coupon, but I can?t use it unless I spend a minimum of $16 dollars.. what kind... of joke is that? Needed to speak with a manager in regards to a previous order. I called 4 times before she finally took my call. She was very... rude and condescending. I will never, ever spend money here again. They are a well established chain and I'm sure I won't bemissed, but I don't think I've ever talked with such a rude person. Read more
?Contactless Delivery? i work from home so when I put contactless delivery I assume it would be that. Every time that I order... from Domino?s and make sure to Choose contactless delivery option that they offer it never seems to be that. Endless knockingand calling until I have to clock out of work. Oh and being intimidated to give a better or extra tip is insane!!! #1 food delivery service in the WORLD. Edit: recently I had to reach out to the person above the district manager to get an... order corrected, because someone wouldn't fix it, and wouldn't let me talk to the manager. Today I ordered Lava Cakes, and theygot to my door in about 25 minutes. No complaints on timing, it's a Sunday night at 9PM. My complaint is the condition of thelava cakes. They are deliberately smashed, and look like water moistened the top of them. They look disgusting. I've made 100'sof lava cakes at this store. I've never seen any like that. Read more
My husband and I ordered with the Domino's app, which was great! I love the tracker telling me when the order was received and... when they were on the way. The delivery person was polite & friendly. The pizza, however, was less than satisfactory. The worstpizza I've ever purchased. Pools of grease was sitting on toppings and to top it off it was significantly undercooked. Myhusband ended up throwing the whole thing away even after we tried to cook it more due to the amounts of grease. Overall mypizza experience with this Domino's was not good. I am willing to give this location another chance and will update my review atthat time. Read more
It's Domino's, BUT this store always makes it well and it arrives perfectly. Delivery drivers affable and worth the tip! If the... weather is bad remember they went out and you didn't have to. It's great every time! Read more
