I ordered a sub online and realized I didn?t order what I actually wanted so I cancelled the order and expected a refund but... Jersey mikes stated that because they already started the order that I will not receive any refund at all, even though Icancelled the order within two minutes of placing the order and because it was online through Uber eats it costed over $30 andthey refused to refund any of it. We go here often. They offer gluten free bread; which is a huge selling point for me. I have Celiac Disease and not many sub... shops have options for me. They ask me when I order if it's an allergy or preference...if it's an allergy they take specialprecautions so my food isnt cross contaminated. They do a great job. I've only had 1 bad sandwich from them. My bread wasfalling apart and there wasn't hardly any meat in it, but ill give them another shot because there subs are really delicious! Read more

I stopped in for some food and after several minutes of being ignored I left. There were 6 or 7 people behind the counter none... of whom even acknowledged my presence by saying "I'll be rightwith you". A couple of those were doing nothing to help thingsmove along. I understand busy. I don't don't understand being flat out ignored. Another chain in the area hasn't seen mybusiness for for exactly this. Read more
Food was good the 1st time we had Jersey Mike's and that's why this is a 2 star and not a 1. Unfortunately, last week when we... ordered for lunch online, we were quoted 15 minutes. We arrived at the expected time only to wait an additional 25 minutesbefore running out of lunch time and having to leave hungry. We called and canceled our order and got a refund but were verydisappointed that we had to go without lunch. We wasted too much time waiting for food and did not have enough time to get lunchelsewhere. I understand that it gets busy and things can take longer, but when you quote 15 minutes, and after 40 minutes, westill don't have food, that is just unacceptable. Had we been quoted 40+ minutes initially, we would have known that today wasnot the day for Jersey Mike's and picked a different location for lunch and tried Mike's again a different day. Read more
The food tasted good, and ordering online was really simple. Picking up the order was quick and easy. My review mainly comes... from the disappointment that is ordering a sub as a bowl. I have attached a photo, it tasted alright but had very littlevegetables in the bowl for the price. It was not nearly as much as is shown in the app. The order also was supposed to haveextra meat but definitely appeared to not have extra and was less than is shown on the app. While it tasted good it is notworth the price of $11 that the item cost.
