Purchase 5 cheeseburgers. Double-checked before leaving. One did not have a pattie in it. Went back inside was given a meat... patty. What an inconvenience. Imagine if we were down the road. I am a regular at this McDonald?s and love the customer service, but when I walk in I see a new employee. As I walk in he smiles... at me and acts very polite. As he takes my order I read his name badge, Matt, my sons name was Matt and was just like my son.You can tell he is very passionate about his job and loves the working environment. Read more

I come to this location almost every other day and it?s usually during their lunch rush. It is very rare they ever make a... mistake with my very custom order. Lobby not open till 9?!?!? What about the people who wear business attire and don?t wanna eat in their car also having to be at... work at a decent time. It?s not like your located in a bad neighborhood. I worked for the company before and this would neverhave been acceptable. Witnessed plenty of employees too. Only takes one to take orders and check the lobby every 15 minutes. Your already cooking food why not serve every guest? Corporate needs to take another look. Read more
