Been going to this McDonald's for years without any issues, but now I won't be going back ever again after my HORRIBLE... experience today. I did curbside and accidentally entered the wrong spot number. When the person brought me my food they rudleylectured me about making sure I enter the right spot number and threatened to not give me my food in the future if I enter thewrong number again. This was incredibly disrespectful and unecessary!! I've done curbside probably over 50 times here and havehad the wrong food brought TO ME and been told 'nobody pays attention to the spot number' - then they brought me my food andthere was no problem. And now, the one time today I make a mistake and enter the wrong number I get talked down to andlectured?! This was the WORST service I've ever had in my life. The worker that did this needs more customer service training orshould be fired. I understand there is a worker shortage, but this was unacceptable. I hope this review advises others of thekinds of people this McDonald's location hires - and you to go to other McDonald's in the area with kind and pleasant workers -such as the Menasha location or the one off of Appleton Rd. This McDonald's has a small parking lot next to a huge parking lot so they are not worried about parking. There are several... angled stalls for pickup parking and the service is quick. This place does have a 2 lane drive thru which is pretty quick, butto get the speed, they "park" lots of cars. Read more
The kid was great at making me feel stupid for thinking a white shake wasn't strawberry. Turns out I was right it was vanilla.... The only thing he did was remind me why I usually go to the one in Manasha. Read more

I came to this McDonald?s earlier like at 5 or 6. I had a big order &? out of all my items I was missing 2 apple pies. I didn?t... pay almost $3, $4 for nothing. Also the girl at the window was horrible. She had a bothered face &? on top of that I was parkedfor 10 mins &? the girl that brought my food out wanted me to pull up, yet she gave a annoyed face when she came up to my car &?handed my food !!! Worse McDonald's I've ever stopped at. The front counter was not open they told me I had to use the Kiosh machine & didn't even... show me how as I've never used one, stood there trying to figure it out myself for 10 minutes no one came to help. The employeeswere dirty, the store was dirty, finally when I was done ordering I waited for my order awhile as I reached for my own cup gotmy drink & they never even told me my order was ready just set it on the counter. I happen to look up & there was a bag sittingthere & I went up to see if it was mine no employee even acknowledged me that was the sad. I was a unit Mgr of a fast food storechain & if this was how my employees acted towards customers there would of been Consequences. Read more
