Waited 30 minutes for chicken fried rice and chicken wings. Rice had no egg no veggies, just dry meat rice and onion. Wings... tasted weird and didn't look appealing. First and last time for me. Read more
Update to original post: Don?t bother getting dinner here. The food portions aren?t larger and they cost more. Additionally,... you have to pay extra for fried rice or lo mein noodles (the rice comes free with lunch orders). On another matter, if therestaurant makes a mistake they will not rectify it or offer to give you a discount or make it right in any way, no matter howpleasantly you present the problem. Most of the time we are handed our takeout orders with little or no pleasantries whatsoever,not even a thank you for your patronage type of goodbye. This place has lost our business and the worst part is that they don?teven care. They don?t even respond to reviews on any platform. You?re not a valued customer, you?re income, and even thatdoesn?t mean they?ll take the time to treat you right. Today we could smell their food cooking because they are so close to where we live and the wind was justright, so we decided to give it a try. We ordered online and got Chicken and Broccoli and Mongolian Beef, with a side order ofHot and Sour Soup and Crab Rangoons. The website was easy to navigate and had a pleasing aesthetic. Ordering online was abreeze. My fiance decided to go and pick it up and our order was ready when expected. She said that the restaurant was cleanand had a nice family atmosphere, with a small curio shop located inside. She had a coupon but the lady at the counter politelywaved it away and just gave her the discount. So, no need to print the coupons each time, which is a savings I am glad of. Thefood itself was far better than we expected. We have been searching for a decent Asian restaurant for over a year and a half,so we had very low expectations to start with. As truck driver I have eaten some pretty bad food, but my order to night was some of the worst food ever. Fried dumplings are... the gross store bought stuff dripping in oil, and Rangoons where done in very old oil thru it all away with 1bit of each went toMcDonald's. Read more
This restaurant customer service is absolutely ridiculous. We ordered food for myself and coworkers while we are at work during... a busy day, and they forgot three items. When I called to get our missing food delivered (as we should), they kept saying ?it?snot our fault, we will need to charge you? and continuously kept arguing with me for 20 minutes. And we STILL didn?t get ourfood we paid for! She kept saying to ?double check our bag? and argued. I will NEVER order from here again. Absolutelyridiculous. Read more
Have loved New Dynasty for years. But, last week I ordered Veggie spring rolls, they sent meat...ordered vegetable fried rice,... they sent pork...ordered szechwaun beef, they sent pork...they did replace the rice, hence the 2 stars, but told me theszechwaun was beef...I've never seen white meet beef before.
