Just don't get the rip off priced crust less pizza. Other than that it's great.

Terrible crust, very bitter tasting, chewy, and sticks to the cooking pan. Toppings were sparse. Sauce seems ok. Had both red... and white sauce, red was better in terms of flavor. But honestly just get a Roma or Jacks and save yourself the money for thesame level of shame and disappointment. Read more

I don't rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to this time. I tried calling the store, but it just rang & rang. I want to... start by saying that I understand the situation businesses are having with staffing shortages, but should that affect thequality of the food? Papa Murphy's has been on the top of our list for pizza for years. Yesterday, when my husband brought homeour pizza, I noticed a difference before I even took the plastic off. I'm thinking that the person putting the crust togetherwas in a rush or just didn't know how to do it. We ordered original crust, but it seemed to be more of a thin crust in certainareas. In parts of the pizza, the edges weren't even there. The consistency of the pizza was off, didn't cut right & it stuck tothe cardboard. I read the review before mine & saw they had the same problem. Got my kids and their friends two thin crust pizzas tonight. Both pizza's stuck to the cardboard so bad, that we couldn't even... eat them. So I had to call and go back. Yes they gave me two more with no charge... But now I gotta make everyone wait twice aslong to eat. And had to drive back across town to get new ones. And they told me they must of used to old left over crust fromHalloween. Then the new ones kind of stuck too. And it's expensive and not even that good. Read more

Ordered over the phone for pick up. The staffers are always friendly, clean, masked and quick to get you checked out. My order... is always ready when they say it will be, and the pizza is always perfectly topped and oven ready. The store is clean and smellsinviting. The prices are reasonable and expected. I always love stopping here for a great food experience. You can order online or in store. Their ingredients are fresh, never... old or frozen. The employees are always friendly no matter what time you are there. The menu is easy to read and you can usuallyfind coupons online. The store is clean and well stocked with food other than pizza. There are salads, sodas and dessert optionsavailable. There always remember benches to sit on while you wait or you can watch your pizza being made. Read more
