I haven't ordered from here for a while because I was disappointed with many past orders, but I thought I would give you another... try, that was a mistake. I ordered a Detroit style meat feast, that had very little meat on it. And I also ordered a chickenAlfredo pasta dish, now it is smaller than it used to be and you charge more money for it!? I started to place my order over the phone for delivery and the guy told me that he can't do it cuz I was using a business... address, so I went there and placed my order they made the pizza then realized they forgot to make my cheese sticks. I asked forno spices and got peppers on it. Read more
Never order from here. I had to have my same order sent TWICE because they gave the first one to drop it off to another person... and all i got was an oops sorry. My second pizza...NO SAUCE ON THE PIZZA!!!!!!! I definitely did not order it that way. Will notorder again Read more
I placed an order for 5:45. I had to call at 6:15 for a status update. All drivers were out delivering and my order would be... out next. According to the app, my pizza was in the oven at approximately 5:35. I understand help is limited, but updateswould be appreciated rather than wondering if food is coming. Food should not be waiting for a driver that long, it should beremade so we receive fresh food, not stale food. Read more
With what we can assume is a the lack of help in the workforce, this store did a great job keeping me informed to where my... order was. Then when it was delivered the employee was apologetic on the long wait. We got the feeling he had not been met withthe nicest people by the way he said it. Ordered @630 confirmed @730 to be delivered @830?.. Family?s basic sooo wings and a CHEESE pizza. After an an hour late I... received a PEPPERONI pizza.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My pregnant vegetarian fiancé is livid. Called @940 and was told they were closed?like I get New Year?s Eve but 940?????????? GTFUH. Then was told they can?t refund money! So I was ROBBED for 50$. We ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with extra sauce and three orders of wings. The wait time on a Saturday is usually around... 30 mins. This time we had a wait time of 110 minutes. After 70 minutes I called and they told me it was being made then. 30 minslater the food arrived. The pizza was barely warm and had almost no sauce, despite paying for extra sauce. Read more
