I was very excited to see this location has a drive through so decided to give it a try. I was asked to wait a few minutes, to... which I asked if they would prefer I came inside. They said no because they had online orders etc. After at least 5 minutes theystarted to take my order. I had 2 different bowls to order and realized this could be confusing not being able to see them beingmade. The employee expressed confusion and then asked if I would just come inside. I laughed and said, ?I already asked that andwas told not to.? The employee then replied, ?Well, I didn?t know you were confused about the menu.? I was appalled and couldnot believe how rude he was, especially since HE was trying to get time to explain 2 different bowls at once. I wish I took apicture of what I received because it was awful and nowhere near the amount I normally receive. Lesson learned I will not use adrive through, and I will start reading reviews before choosing a location. I wish I had opened it before going home so I couldhave given back the food and gone somewhere else. Read more
I?ve gone through the drive through twice in the past week, once at 6 pm, once at 8 pm, nobody greeted me the first night for... probably five minutes so i decided to drive around and go in to get my food instead as i saw many people sitting inside, butthen i realized the door was locked. After not getting serviced at the drive through for the second time, i didn?t even make anattempt to go in. Why say you?re open til ten when you?re not. Read more
I asked for a bowl with what you?d normally get with it. Rice, beans, meat, etc. they couldn?t fill my bowl half way with... everything I asked. Waste of money and time. Guy taking my order was not present the whole time either. Took them about 20 minto get my order for 2 taken. On top of it all got what I asked for wrong as well. Wouldn?t recommend going here. Terrible service. No chips.guys was very rude and disrespectful, not to mention very few soda options??????? very disappointing.
Shrimp street tacos? 5 pieces of shrimp and giant chunks of onion? Avocado slop? Waste of money. One taco was completely falling... apart and pulled out the rest just to show how ridiculous it was for the picture. Read more
I am writing this review because this place like so many businesses deserves the benefit of the doubt. I can see that at times... they are simply understaffed like so many other places, and finding decent people to work can also be hard too. I?ve had manygood experiences here, and some not so good but what I give them credit for is the fact that they definitely are trying anddoing the best they can to solve problems that have occurred here, and that deserves credit. It would be one thing to haveproblems and then outright never try to grow and fix it, but that is not the case here. They are trying hard. The times I had aproblem they did solve it, but I never had any issues with the employees there just simply isn?t enough of them all the timehere. The regional manager and I spoke and I believe he is doing a great job of encouraging employees relationships that arethere and teamwork as well. For others that read this review, as a business owner myself, we want our clients to be happy, wewant them to come back again, and I don?t believe this location is any exception. For those that already wrote a bad review,give them another shot, they are getting better everyday. Read more
Pros: Food is decent and the workers go as fast as they can to keep up. Cons: I was never given a receipt for my order; the soda... machine only had diet / sugar free options; the chips I received with my take out order were stale. Read more
I honestly wish I didn?t have to give them a star at all, for my first time my experience was horrible, they were rushing me and... my friend to order once we finally did order we grabbed a cup for a drink that came with one of our meals only for the cashierto say ?Are you gonna pay for that? we told her the food came with a drink and she argued ?No it doesn?t? only to then look atthe receipt and say ?you?re right it does come with a drink?! The staff are complete zombies they don?t properly greet you ..everyone had a attitude it was disgusting.. I see why the parking lot was so empty upon pulling up! Do better! We will never beback!
