Ordered pick up for 11:10 am on 1/12/22. We ordered 3 subs and 2 bags of chips. They somehow got every item of the order... wrong. Wrong bread on 1 sub (we ordered wheat and it came on flatbread), wrong toppings on the 2nd sub, and wrong toppings andno cheese on the 3rd sub - and I paid for EXTRA cheese on that one. Oh yeah, and they didn't give us any chips. You'reprobably saying "well you should've checked the order before you left." But I don't think you should expect the customer toopen each wrapped sub to see if it's correct (sure, we should've noticed there were no chips). There were no other customers inthe store, so there's no excuse for getting everything wrong on our order. Paid $25 to throw away half of the order. We won'tbe back to this location. Read more

They always take over 10+ minutes while in drive through. The chicken never tastes right and the spinach is always gooey.

Doesn't honor their own name brand discounts. They claim they are in a different district so the discounts don't apply to... they're location! Not recommended. Pats foods has great subs and pizzas and they are all under the same roof! Read more

As a past employee of subway the sandwich artists at this location should be trained better on preparing subs with even... proportions. They seem to just pile everything in the center of the sandwich so that about 4 inches of it on the ends is onlybread and sauce. The meat should also always be contained to one half of the bread with the veggies on the other half so thatwhen the sandwich is closed every bite is consistent. A little annoying when half of the sandwich is plain meat and the otherhalf is just veggies and sauces that fall out because of poor preperation.Brian please bring this up at the next store meeting..Nice people but they lack training. There is a deal going on right now that is buy 2 footlongs get them for $5 each. I called this location and the commercial... street location letting them know their online ordering system was not letting me process my order. This has happend for mebefore and at both locations the promotion was still honored. The manager at this location said I was lying and that was neverthe case and denied me the promotion. Very poor customer service. Read more

Placed order online. Got there at the time they said for pick up. Called and they said they didn?t have my order ready. Gave me... a run around then the lady said she would call the manager and call me back and NEVER did. Then she also said come back after 1hr and it would be done. So before heading that way I called to make sure and it STILL wasn?t done! Told them I wanted managerinformation they said they couldn?t give it out so I said I wanted manager to call me now and they said they could tomorrow. Sohere I wait! AND my order was already paid for so here they are with my money but me still no order!! Read more

Clean Subway, good customer service. Convenient location. Don?t like the new subway points system for free or discounted... subs. Not this locations fault but it just changed and now you have to spend around $40 to save $2 off your next sub. Read more
