I didn't notice the menu had changed and now the philly includes mayonnaise. Yuk. Got home and realized, I was so disappointed.... Took it back and they pointed out the menu now includes mayo, 100% my fault for not reading the menu. I have been orderingPhilly sammies for years and didn't bother double checking the menu. I ordered a ham, egg, and cheese flatbread sub and it was delicious.
This location sucks. The employees are not friendly & lack basic common sense. Also, I?m pretty sure they were pretending the... drive thru wasn?t working so they didn?t have to service it toward the end of the night. Ill just avoid this location movingforward. Horrible experience ever. Horrible customer service. My order was not right. Mixed the subs. When asked for the supervisor... name the employee said it was her mom and she was not in town. I will be calling the manager tomorrow. Read more
The first time I have eaten at this Subway it was pretty good. The last few times I have been here the quality of subs have been... lacking. Especially the bread, it has been dryer than the Sahara desert. Sorry won't be back. I would suggest going someplaceelse. Read more
We go to this Subway a lot, and it's always a bit of a mixed bag. Most days we have a completely normal experience, but every... few days we'll have something off such as pits in the black olives or a very long wait time at the drive thru. Read more
Went through drive thru. Terrible experience. Was third car in line. Took 10 minutes just to order my one sandwich. Then get... to window to pay, also waited in line another 10 minutes. I thought only 1 person was working.... but nope there were 4. Thenguy opens the window and asked me what I ordered. Total experience lasted over 30 minutes. For one sandwich!!! Awful. Read more
