Very poor service. We were seated without receiving any offer for drinks. Then we waited for 20 minutes without any staff coming... to our table. We left and I'm fairly certain the staff had completely forgotten we were there. We typically enjoy BPs, but thisparticular one needs much improvement in the serving area. Read more
The e mail link (phone number) was not answered, so left my order on voicemail. When we arrived for pickup, they could not find... our order. We finally got our food. The waiter had a hard time with the bill. Not enough staff. Read more

Visited July 12th. Our food took an age to arrive and, when it did, my fries were hot but the wings had evidently been plated... too soon and had gone cold. Our original server had not checked in on us so we flagged down another server who eventually tookthe meal away and explained a replacement would take some time, as they were busy. When eventually the replacement arrived via athird server, the wings were hot but the fries cold, at which point I just accepted my fate and got on with it. The restaurantreally wasn't that busy and obviously, even if it was, that was not our problem. While all three servers engaged fairlyreasonably with my wife, their attitude towards me was frankly less so, and borderline unprofessional - I am Black, my wife isCaucasian, so maybe that was their issue. Two stars because the food actually tasted good However, the service was disrespectfuland we won't be dining at Boston Pizza again. Read more
We came in ad a family it took them over an hour to get us out food there was a total of 10 people in the restrant. My wife's... food was cold to boot.no discount or anything was offered. Not impressed neppawa Boston Pizza is horrible this is my second badexperience with BP.. at least the wpg location comped my meal.. not eating there anymore. Read more
Horrible delivery service. 7 orders in a row they have either screwed up the delivery instructions (instruct them for... contactless delivery yet they stand at the door until someone answers OR they leave the food on the sidewalk!) Or they simplycan't make the food right. I have called management each of these incidents and have yet to see any improvement. I wouldrecommend McDonald's over eating at the location in neepawa. They can't even make honey garlic ribs correctly. All I got tonightwas boiled meat. Read more
It was a pleasant experience overall. I didn't get a straw with my bellini, which can't really be consumed without one. By the... time I got it, the drink was not so good anymore. The calamari was s more spicy than any I've ever had. It wasn't bad, justdifferent. The wings were good and the Thai bites were good also. We had both the chicken and shrimp bites, and the chicken wasa much better value as there was more of it, and the shrimp ones were too crispy. The entrees we had were good. My steak wascooked the way I ordered it, and my co workers was close to how he likes it. I also thought the overall value was really good,as we got a lot of food for what seemed not that much money (4 starters and 3 entrees for 149). The server was friendly, politeand patient. Read more
We were able to book a large private dining area for a very special 95th birthday party! The staff gave us all an excellent... experience and even helped us get the cake and ice cream served up! Read more
