This is a terrible McDonald's. I order sugar in my hot drinks, it tastes like they don't site them. I've had my order mixed up... on at least 3 occasions and once got an egg shell in my sandwich. I think McDonalds has good food, but the service here is notworth it. Its constantly slow in the drive through and they often don't use 2 windows to make it faster. Kids chicken nuggets were raw inside. We returned and got a fresh order, they apologized and also gave a couple coupons, but my... daughter spent that night throwing up bc she ate one before realizing. How does that kind of mistake happen? Read more

Worst McDonald?s I went to. Very slow & poor service for a fastfood. I know it was busy but staff are not moving fast enough to... finish serving the customers. Dine in area is a mess. Tables were not clean and garbage bins were overflowing. Seems like themanagers and supervisors don?t care about the cleanliness of the store. I saw one of the employees decorating the store withballoons & stuffs for Canada Day but seems like she does not care too about the messy dine in area. She could have ask otherstaff to clean first the area and decor it. Will never come back at this store. What a worst experience! Read more
Absolutely the slowest fast food I?ve had. Staff poorly trained. Couldn?t hear the cashier speak as he spoke too quietly. Food... took forever to prepare even though the orders were standard. This is not the first time we?ve had ooor service here and itreally needs to improve. Really sad because this is on a major highway and it?s the only McDonald?s for many miles. Read more

This has got to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. First of all they don't speak proper English, they always mess up... your order, add extra items to your bill, don't give you what you ask for, etc...then when you confront them with your issue, they stand there and stare at you like a deer in the headlights and Don't answer you! Like come on McDonald's, is this the bestyou can do. In my opinion these employees should be fired be because they are just plain ignorant and rude.
