Lady working wouldnt read coupon or listen to my wife about how it cleary said two medium cruisant meals. Ended up shorting us... with a small coffee and small tater tots when we should of gotten another medium. All you had to do was read. Happened 22 Aug 22at around 0800. Read more

12.14.21 7:38am. We just got back home from this location. We specifically asked for 2 croissants with egg bacon and cheese but... for whatever reason the associate chose sausage instead. She had a real bad attitude and they were busy so she just did what waseasy for her. I didn't think to check due to great service in the past. Her name is LandryP she needs to be trained better.. Where to begin..today my husband and I go through the drive through was not greeted just a cold tone of voice saying let me know... what you want. So we tell the lady our order get to the window,pay, and drive off. They forget my whopper && didn't take theorder right because they obviously weren't listening. Get home my husband shares his food with me and now we are both in thehospital with food poisioning. Read more

Every time I go through the drive through they are always rude. I asked about how old the tea was and she got mad, talked back... and then said this morning. I went through at 3pm. Brewed tea is only good for 4 hrs otherwise you risk giving peoplesalmonella. She also just kept say ?what else you want?. They also screwed up my order and got mad at me for them screwing itup. They said ?why didn?t you tell me that before?? and I had to prove them with my receipt that they screwed up. I remainedcalm and didn?t raise my voice like I wanted to but the drive through makes me not ever want to go to this Burger King. I don?tunderstand how these people continue having a job if they can?t treat customers with basic respect and not getting orderscorrectly. Or why hasn?t their manager said anything to them about it to fix the issue? Read more

Lady at the drive thru was rude and wouldn't even look at me, handed me everything staring at the ceiling. Yeah, yup, unhu are... about all the communication. Zero effort on the food. Tots were cold and this was my sandwich. Read more
