The food is good, but the waiting time is horrendous. I ordered on line to pick up in the lobby. I got there and for some... inexcusable reason I could not pick up the food in the lobby, because there was no chicken. So, I had to use the drive through. They can never get your order right. I ordered coleslaw with my meal, they substituted fries and gave me the wrong dipping... sauce. I could swear the dude taking my order was high on something as well. Read more

Just had the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had from Popeye's, like it had been sitting under the heat lamp, fully assembled,... for hours. Reading about all the craziness and hype going on with people trying to get their hands on Popeyes infamous chicken sandwich I... decided I'd never go near a Popeyes, that is until we saw a location inside Nellis Air Force Base. We figured this location isthe best and only place to try it and boy were we right. Restaurant was immaculate, the drive thru super fast and employees wereso nice. Two choices for chicken sandwich is classic or spicy. We got the classic (reasonably priced I might add at $3.99!)First impression WOW it looks delicious and it's huge. There is a mild sauce and pickles on it. The ends were crispy but had noflavor. The sandwich is good but I felt it lacked flavor... a lot of flavor. Nothing less than outstanding! The selections especially their chicken sandwich, and the staff concern for service are... marvelous. I dream of Popeye opening a Popeye hotel casino on the Las Vegas strip. But for now I am completely pleased withtheir wonderful tenant activity on Nellis serving us. Read more

I eat here a lot out of convenience so despite their typical semi-terrible service, the food is decent. Every time I've been... there in the past year, they have forgotten something. Something as simple as a straw and napkins every single time, to theactual food in the box. I can't tell you out of the maybe 30 orders I've gotten something completely different. I know they canall hear the order over the mic, I've worked fast food before. There is obviously no communication between staff... There hasbeen times that I've gone where the management has all been standing in the back of the kitchen talking and bitching and thereis only one girl up front getting railed with orders and having no one to help her. I get it.... it's so hard to make chickenand fries and put them in a box but come on.... y'all are a damn team... how about you stop wasting my time and your own paidtime talking trash and get the people's orders ready. The food is okay and the service on a staff to customer level is usuallypretty great besides them consistently forgetting things.
