This is not your ideal indian restaurant.It won't satisfy your indian taste buds.Samosas were made in a fluffy bhatura crust... instead of a regular crispy samosa crust.Curries were too sweet even though we told them we wanted them to be spicy.Naan's weremore like tortilas i.e. frozen,not freshly made and not even cut into pieces. Drinks were ok.Portion size don't really matter aslong as the food tastes good but we were disappointed with the taste for most food items.I won't be going back here again and Iwon't suggest this restaurant. We've eaten at Baba's the last 2 times we were in Nelson and were not disappointed. I had the Chicken Mulligatawny soup and Ed... had a couple of freshly made samosas. Both dishes were very tasty and the service was fast and friendly. Read more
Small portions. I like calling it itty-bitty dishes so you have to order many dishes to eat good. Some dishes not even enough... for kids The lady working there is very friendly.
