They are either out of what I want or there machines were broke. The night my family and I went the manager was telling everyone... that there truck sent spoiled milkshake products. And that they did not deliver the soda. They did not even offer tea. Read more

We stopped on our way home from Oklahoma. Food was good but our favorite part was a worker named Pat, she has the best sense of... humor and had us laughing so hard. She is a pistol and we will stop again in hopes of seeing her again. Read more
The employees write stupid little notes on the bags with sharpie! I don't want to eat something that has chance of sharpie... exposure. Plus sometimes the notes can be taken as flirtatious! It's happened 3 times! This experience makes me never want togo back. Read more
ALWAYS looks better or sounds better than it tastes. Just my opinion though. Obviously a big chain restaurant so I'm assuming... some love it. I give it a shot once a year and I like it, but feel it can be better for the prices you're paying. Read more
The people were friendly. However, I did not eat here the wife did. I can't bring myself to pay almost as much for the roast... beef as a brisket sandwich. I did not want to spend that much for a lite lunch so I went to Wendy's and got twice the food forhalf the cost. I hope Arby's brings back some lower pricing options on things like roast beef sandwiches. I don't feel that thecheddar should change the price as much as it does and it just isn't worth eating without it in my opinion. Read more
