Do you have time to wait for someone to peel an onion after onion instead of taking your order? If you do, then this may be the... place for you. I do not have that kind of time. When I got to the counter to place an order for a sandwich I was greeted onlyafter standing there for 5 minutes and having to try and get the employees attention. Once greeted I was asked what I needed towhich I let them know I wished to place an order. I was told to hang on a second and the employee turned around and continuedthe arduous work of peeling 2 more onions before I decided to leave without placing an order. I will give two stars becausethis made me go home and eat some leftovers out of the fridge instead, saving myself, time, money and calories that I probablydon't need. That being said I was pretty bummed because Casey's subs are a great value for the price, but unless you have thetime to wait or place your order online well in advance I wouldn't bother going in to order. Rude as hell ?store manager?. Was sweeping the floor while I stood at the register and waited until someone else walked in and... proceeded to be rude to me when she found the time to come to the register. Read more
Pizza WAY undercooked!! Definitely don't recommend thier pizza, wings weren't bad, however one wasn't cooked out of the 8, so... they Definitely need to work on their cook times. I wound up sick due to undercooked food. Read more
Went to Casey's this morning for breakfast before starting deliveries. The only working warmer was packed full... of sausage... products. I hate sausage. It would be one thing if they had simply sold out of bacon items, but since the warmer was full thatimplies they only made sausage. Not sure who was cooking tonight, but our Taco pizza was burned, as were our breadsticks. Also, we didn't receive the marinara... sauce that was prdered with the breadsticks. Definitely a waste of money!!!!! Read more
Me and my father go to this store every morning. We always take bets on if they will have sandwiches or not (they always don?t).... Recently, I decided to try the biscuits and gravy since there was no sandwiches. I was horrified when I found a two inch longhair in the gravy. It?s sad to see considering there is a better Casey?s in Diamond, Missouri that is in a small town but itstill serves better food and overall better service to the customers. Friendly and helpful staff. Casey's is a much better, and cleaner convenience store than is typical. They offer fresh made... sandwiches (Subway style) hamburgers & cheeseburgers made to order. Fresh tasting pizzas (also can be made to order, or selectfrom premade slices) and fresh donuts/pastries in the mornings. Actually they seem to be fresh all day long. And I've noticedthey offer seasonal pastries and donuts such as blueberry donuts right now, which is the time for local blueberries. The gasstation part of Casey's is simply average.
