We asked for extra sauce for the nuggets and the cashier said her manager said they need to charge for the extra sauce, I said... that is fine. She couldn't figure out how to charge for it. Also, I asked for my drink and fries to be medium sized and shecharged me for 2 orders of medium fries. I didn't even want to waste the time of having her correct my order. The staff is rudeand the cashier should not be cashiering. I won't be visiting this one again and you shouldn't either. Also, I noticed afterpurchasing the food that they don't wear gloves when handling the food. Also, I just noticed that my apple pie says enjoy by10/17/22 @5:51 pm.. It's 2:34. ???????????????? Waited 12 minutes in drive through for one burger & a drink. Staff was very rude - I pulled aside to make sure my burger was... right & looks like someone took a bite out of it. When I took it inside & confronted them the employee in the back just laughed.Not to mention staff?s personal food & drink sitting around. Gross! ???? Read more
The food is good but it seems like the portions are shrinking. My big Mac had a quarter inch of extra bun around the patty. I've... been eating these for years and we just struck with how small the patties are. For something called the "big" Mac, it doesn'tlive up to the name any more. I think real hard before rating such a low mark which I'm being generous giving two stars. I was very disappointed about the... quality of food I received from this particular McDonalds. The breakfast burritos are a fairly simple menu item but the priceshould have got me more than burritos the size of a credit card. Not only one but both of them. I could understand if it wasbusy and simply overlooked but when it's 10:00 at night and no one is there, I'd expect a better product. The only reason Ihave 2 stars was because the cashier was friendly enough and the speed of service was good (which I would have compromised forat least the minimum quality of the burritos). Terrible service. Four people in the store. 3 people behind the counter. Two drive thru customers. In order placed at the qi os... took 20 minutes. And in that time they messed up two orders. Completely dysfunctional. Will make an effort never to come herelate at night again. This place sucks all the way around. We ordered our food at the self check out machine. While waiting for our food we went to... the counter and ordered a small caramel frappe, the girl, looked to be a manager wasn?t friendly at all. We waited 10-15 minutesjust for our fries to be soggy and barely even warm along with our Bacon Smokehouses to be barely warm and not made how wecustomized the order, they added the tomato, but didn?t add extra onion sauce and completely forgot the mustard sauce.
