Pros: Service here is amazing. I went through the drive thru today for lunch and as soon as I rolled up to the window, they are... taking my payment and handing me my food. Sixty seconds. Dang. I also like how Wendy's has several diet drink options and their$5 Biggie Bag deal! Con: I do wish their parking lot was bigger. Thought someone was going to back into me the other day. Read more

I don't know how the food was on this day. The drive through worker irritated me so I left. She came over the speaker and said... sorry we just had a huge order and vanished. Ignored us completely. We could tell she was upset but she didn't say could youwait or nothing. She left us talking to ourselves. We asked can we go ahead and order? No response. Really made for a badafternoon as by the time we found somewhere else to eat we were no longer hungry. This was very disappointing seeing how thelast time we aye here the service and food was fantastic. I don't know if this was a new hire or someone who just isn't suitablefor drive-through. Read more
Slow and unconcerned...we've always liked Wendy's but since this one reopened EVERY visit has been 30 + minutes without... fail...we gave them another chance tonight...only to wait in line for 20+ min (only 2 orders in front of us), finally reachedcounter to have the employee leave to work on other orders...after another almost 10 min wait, the employee comes back...weorder 1 item them express we'll be ordering 5 more (family of 6 here) only for him to stop us and tell us he'll need to go backto tell them we're ordering a lot and it'll be a long wait. Before I write this, I just want to say I work in fast food and I understand mix ups. But this is just really upsetting. I have... food allergies and tend to eat what I'm used to because I know it's not going to harm me. And I usually get a BIG BACON CLASSICDOUBLE CHEESEBURGER. All I asked for was the burger nothing else. And they gave me a BIG BACON CHEDDER instead. I wasunderstanding and went back in after I had unwrapped the burger to see something else. They gave me the new burger and a frostyfor the mix up and I went back home... JUST TO SEE THAT THEY GAME ME THE SAME THING WITH BEEF INSTEAD. I have a lot of anxietysurrounding my allergies and it makes me so sad and upset when something like this happens. This hasn't happened to me with thisstore before but this is frustrating.
