Got 3 tacos, the cook had head phones the entire time and could not even hear what I was saying. I asked for rice in my tacos... and she scrapped the bottom of the container and ended end up with hard rice on my tacos. The service was not friendly and thefood not great. I have been getting lunch here once or twice a week for about 5 years. It was always a reliable place for a decent lunch. ... Under the current management / ownership, quality of both the food and service have declined; also, there are fewer ingredientchoices. Currently, it's not terrible, but it IS disappointing.
