Tried to drink with straw and could not. Was so thick and filled with ice chunks. Opened it and it was not even mixed properly.
Very fast and friendly service. Open concept, not crowded. A large variety to choose from and quite flexible in substitutions. I... appreciate the calorie count and detailed ingredients. The employee helping me simply walked over to the chipotle chicken wrap she was grilling for me WHILE DOING THE DISHES. Didn?t... even wash her hands, just picked up the tongs with soapy hands and then realized she needed a paper bag so she drops the tongsto pick up the bag?with wet soapy hands and proceeds to ?carefully? place chipotle wrap into bag and hands it to me. Real unprofessional experience, two young girls served me one dirty blonde and one brunette, no hello when I walked in she just... stared at me waiting for me to say something then when the other lady handed me my smoothie she didn?t say have a nice day oranything she just walked away. Booster juice is awesome, probably the best juice/smoothie place. However, don't go for the Matcha Monsoon. It had milk and... vanilla. For me, not a nice blend juice. I think the place needs some restoration, it feels a little old. But everything else isawesome. So, I'll give it a 3 star. Read more
I LOVE booster juice. I have been going to the same Barrhaven location for a year. The variety and freshness is always so great.... Excellent product. But this Chapman Mills locations managment I find super disappointing and unpredictable. They often shutdown the juicing machine for reasons: "my manager says today this is why": "it makes too much of a mess", "it makes fruitflies", "my manager says not to today". These are not business decisions. These are lazy choices and a lack to find a propersolution. Sad moments for my local store. Officially going elsewhere. Thumbs down Booster Managment. Read more
