Great breakfast at decent prices. Came here many times for brunch. Its a place we come to time and time again due to the price,... taste and atmosphere! Place is never empty, but we get our food quickly. I got the Mama Dinas, and its such a great value andtaste. The sausages were very delicious. Coffee is also tasty. I like the toast as well. Obviously the star of the meal are thehome fries with onion, they are perfect! Other times, I got the eggs benedict which tasted ok. The hollandaise sauce is not thebest but the other elements were good. The hubby got the 1 egg and 1 meat which is great value as it is 10 dollars and comeswith toast and the yummy home fries. Went for dine in brunch on a Sunday. The place was pretty busy but the staff was friendly and attentive. The portions were big... and delicious. I got the Mexican skillet. The flavours were amazing and I would definitely return for this meal alone. Theprices I thought were a little high for a breakfast place (I?m not from the Ottawa area so maybe this is decent prices for thearea?) but all in all very delicious. Took home probably about half of my meal and it still tasted amazing the next day. Read more
If you are thinking of ordering UberEats from here, I would recommend ordering from the Innes location instead. The portions are... half as good and the packaging is to higher standards. I have reached out to management 2 weeks ago and have not received aresponse. The image of the open home fries is from the Innes location and you can see that the packaging for the same order isdouble the size exactly. Read more
I don't like writing bad reviews but this one should be a warning to others. All the Broadway's chains have always been... consistently good/excellent, but this location at Prince of Wales honestly sucks. They placed the eggs underneath everything sothe eggs got crushed and stuck to the take out box, there was about a handful of home fries because they packed the toast intothe same takeout box, making the toast soggy as well. Other chains usually put the toast in a separate bag and offered a goodamount of home fries. We left a note in the Uber eats app, as well as called them to ask for camomile tea and requested theyjust supply the tea bag and not put it in water. I found out that this location is the only one that charges extra for any teaother than Orange Peko and they ignored our request to just get the tea bag so instead I received a cold, over steeped, bittertea. We also ordered a side of home fries but they sent us half of what a regular order from any other location would have been.Overall Broadway's is a great place to eat and I would strongly recommend it, but not from this location. Go down the road tothe Strandherd or Riverside South location. Read more
Food was good. I had the banana chocolate waffle with a bit too many bananas. Overall its a great breakfast place. Was a bit of... a long wait when we went on a Sunday morning. Nice atmosphere inside. Outside patio looks chill. Read more
It was pretty good! It was my first time there, I was kinda surprised they were charging 8$ for a milkshake that size if I'm... honest.... if it came with a refill then I would understand but.. yeah. The fries were amazing, my quesadilla was just a bitburnt at the edges, but I get that can happen. It was super filling though, which is awesome. The server was quirky but it addedto the experience. They were great at asking if we needed anything else throughout the meal and were quick to bring anything ifwe said yes. Personally the menu is a bit short on options, but it is one of the pub type restaurants so you know that going in.It has daily specials so keep an eye out and pick what day to go! Read more
