The worst experience today TRYING to order lunch IN the restaurant ! Beyond disorganized - many people in the lineup just... waiting ..wondering what?s going on? guy at cash was overwhelmed .. nothing moving - no food flying off the shelves.. not surethe problem but will never walk in again. We walked out without ordering a Dang thing !! . wasn?t sure if the drive thru hadthese issues but we drove down Merivale to the Clyde location BK and got serve right away !! If I wasn?t craving a Whopper &apple pie for my Wednesday special treat.. I wouldn?t give that company a penny of my money for the frustrations and totalwaste of my lunch time !!! Shame Read more
Dirty, dirty and even more dirty. ???? Tables, chairs, floors, even the overflowing garbage handle was disgustingly sticky. I... went to the smelly washroom to wash and the blower barley moves air. I couldn't wait to get into my car and sanitize. If thedining area was this bad; I'm glad I didn't see into the kitchen. It's sure obvious this location has given up on COVIDcleaning, or ANY cleaning. I won't be visiting this location anymore. Too bad, it was convenient. Read more
Food is good and so is the service. Also they have good deals which save me money. I had two whoppers for eight dollars which... I thought was a good deal. The whopper meat was well cooked and there was lettuce, onion, and tomatoes on it. Good value forthe money. Read more
Says closes at 10. Everywhere. On google, on their own store front. I walk over there at 9:27 and the door is locked. I walk... over to the drive through and the guy says to me: ?yeah we close at 10 but our dining area closes at 9:30? So very bluntly andrudely. Cool no problem, I?ll walk myself to the nearest McDonald?s because your reviews speak for themselves, lord knows howthe food tastes. Read more
I usually go through the drive through, but tonight I wanted to walk in, the heat wave when I entered this establishment made me... feel weak and thirsty and hot within a second. It felt like a heat wave hit me and like the inside of a hot vehicle off on a 40degree day after hours. The staff were uncomfortable, did not want to work there in the heat and the supervisor said sheliterally had to go to emergency because the conditions were so hot she could hardly breathe. This was dangerous and a safetyconcern for me and everyone working there at anytime. Even the Military would send their workers under these conditions homewith pay until it was fixed. I am a Veteran and this was deplorable conditions. I personally wanted to not go home and leavethem in there. I was concerned for their safety and lives. I beg you The owner of this restaurant, please do the right thing andsend your workers home with pay till you fix this. These are people in there who can get very sick or even die under theseconditions. The Supervisor said she has to endure this for 12 hrs a day, I couldn't stand to be in there for more than 10minutes. I was feeling weak and sick after about 2 minutes. The Supervisor said to me that they will have to endure this everyday till around November, 5 months working in sauna conditions. Read more
Very friendly and attentive staff at this location. The food tastes like Burger King food is supposed to taste like so that is a... definite plus! But the staff are very polite and good at their jobs! Hats off to you guys and gals, and I sincerely mean that!Great job guy and gals! Read more
I am not a Burger King person. I can probably count on one hand how many times in my life I've been to a Burger King. What drew... me in was The Impossible burger. I've heard so many wonderful things about it. Being vegan, I had to make sure to order withoutmayo. The only drawback was that they use the same grill as their beef burgers although I was told they are supposed to wipedown the grill. I understand you can ask for it to be microwaved but it's probably not as good as flame grilled. In looking attheir nutritional info, I was shocked at the amount of calories compared to a Harveys veggie burger until I saw the size. TheImpossible Burger is huge! I hope they keep it on the menu. Not a huge fan of Burger King, especially after they shrinkflated my nuggets! The whopper was never my burger, I just don't... like it, but the chicken.... Burger King nuggets are soooooo easy to shovel into my nugget hole! The service here is average,and Burger King's prices are mostly in line with other fast food places. I do like the retro feel Burger King still has, theyaren't a King café or anything like that, thankfully. Eat nuggets, skip the whopper. Read more
