When not underbaked in the middle, the cinnamon buns are delicious. This location would do much better if they had better staff,... who had customer service skills and actually wanted to be there. My coworker and I went today, waited for about 20min to be served, just so they tell us that they couldn?t sell us, a box of 9... mini cinnamon buns, because they had no boxes, yet they were filling other boxes for the next day. I asked to buy a box of premade minibons or classic rolls. The girl working there told me sorry there are none we have no boxes.... I just saw one of them take out a box of 4 and put it in a bag for another customer! What a disappointment, do you not want tomake money?? Terrible customer service. If you can't have cinnabons ready on time don't open up at 10 am. Plus once I asked their employee or... manager a simple question, about the price and quantity for a specific cinnabon they got upset and instead pointed me towardsthe menu with price list. Not my problem that you didnt have cinnabons ready on time. No apologies or nothing, just wanted me tocome back after 15 minutes. Nobody is going to wait and waste time.
