Generally this place is always a five stars place, but recently it has gone down a bit. Ok multiple occasions the order is not... as we wanted it to be, either missing ingredients or sometimes has things we didn?t ask for. Last two orders were last Wednesdaywhen the fries were super salty and yesterday when my burger had nothing but meat and cheese in it. They left out the ketchupmayo mustard onions lettuce and tomatoes. Had to fix it myself at home and didn?t want to drive all the way back for a new one. Please pay attention to these things, I would hate to see this place lose its reputation. Read more
Pricey for a burger and fries but the burger was cooked well, and the crispy bacon was nice. The fries lacked something but were... overall pretty good. I will go again in the future but it won't be often. Read more
Came to the store and made a big order of 75 dollars I proceeded to give them $100 in cash and they refused to take it. I have... never seen a restaurant refuse money even when I pay them in cash! Never coming back here again employees seem incompetent Read more
Not just that the food is amazing, the staff and managers are the best. The manager?s go above and beyond to handle any... concerns. Nice staff, helpful and clean location. If you are looking for the best typical cheeseburger experience, that's it. They mastered the correct amount of fat, meat and... salt. The blend of cheese and meat mixed in hot temperature is the perfect way to do it. And they know how. The fries don'tneed any review. They are just great. PS. You can add the toppings you want in you cheeseburger. But if want my advice stick tothe basics. Read more

After an extremely poor start; they mixed up a 4 burger order, literally all wrong, they pulled through with strong customer... care, remaking the complete order super fast and generous portions. These burgers are out of sight and the no but lettuce optionwith free extra bacon if so desired is always a hit. First time trying their touted milkshakes but it wasn?t for me. Veryflavourful but much too sweat for me..(I am sweet enough)! Always high expectations for me when visiting this restaurant. Againthey completely turning the visit around in a short amount of time, and I would in fact recommend this location. Nice! Read more
