Good place to eat fish , excellent costumer service , will come back for sure

Simplified version: Understaffed (2 waitresses/one cook in the kitchen), My mom got her meal first, had to wait 20 minutes to... get mine, Owner blames YOU (Apparently if you want to eat together bc they're understaffed you need to call in ahead sayingexactly what you want to eat before you come in) Not a good experience at all. This place is completely understaffed. Going inall you see is waitresses (2) frantically running around, very stressed out. I had dinner with my mother and she got her mealfirst, 20 minutes I had to wait until I was served mine. She was finished her meal before I even got to mine. I asked thewaitress why it took so long and she told us they only have ONE person working in the kitchen. Walking out the owner cametowards us and asked if we liked everything ok. I replied that they're understaffed and I got my meal extremely late. Hisresponse was to call in next time and tell them what you want to eat before you come in so they can prepare it in time so wecould eat together. The owner obviously doesn't care enough for his staff and customers to hire more people. It is not thestaffs fault. I really cannot suggest going to this place. We had Lapointe Pasta and wowza!! It was very delicious. A little oily but very good. Had tiger shrimp, chicken, mushrooms, sun... dried tomatoes, and linguini in an Alfredo sauce. It was supposed to have mussels too but we didn't get any. That's OK, it wasstill very good. This was the portion size and it stuffed my partner and I!! The sushi at Lapointe easily rivals the best in the city, with two fantastically talented Japanese chefs preparing Sushi. When... The food was so delicious. I had the chefs special with three different seafood. They substituted my potatoes for extra... vegetables and it was so good! Also got the shrimp cocktail. The sauce was perfectly spicy and the shrimp were large. Read more

Very good location, friendly staff and always welcoming. They have interior and exterior seating (outside small area). The food... is amazing, the desserts are great and the experience is nice too. They have a nice aquarium inside with cool looking fish. Besure to try both the hazelnut brownie dessert and Calamari! Read more

This place was a nice surprise. Good seafood but at a bit more of a premium for cost than expected. However the flavours did... not disappoint, all the dishes were well assembled and the chef has rotating specials which keep the newness of the menu fresh. Will be going back as they have a great variety and also execute the sides really effectively. Read more
