The service was very poor tonight. We ordered a small burrito and the man making it out about a tablespoon of shredded beef on... it. We asked him to put a bit more and of course he said yes but for an extra charge. Than when he was putting the toppings onhe was using his hand (gloved) to scoop out the salsa etc... This seemed very odd to me. We also ordered a kids burrito meal andwhen we got home there was no salsa. The food itself was what I expect from a fresh fast food burrito place but 100% not worththe money for the experience and quantity. Sadly we will not be going back to this location. Read more

Says they're open until 9pm. Got here at 845 after calling 4 times in a row from 830-840 since they ask to call ahead if you... want shrimp. They didn't answer the phone. When I got here they said they close at 9pm I said it's 845 and he said well itwasn't that busy so we closed early. Maybe pick up the phone and let your customers know you're closing early today so theydon't drive 25min each way for nothing. Read more

This place used to have good staff. Now they're cheap and only serve half scoops of protein. Barely 50 grams of meat in a $14... bowl. Meat is a condiment sprinkled on top after they fill the bowl with rice and beans. Disappointing. Read more

I have yet to find a better spot for burritos. Fresh veg, chicken cooked on grill behind the counter, great staff. I almost go... there on a daily basis, there has only been a couple times where there has been any significant lineup. Its great food, fast.Price is very reasonable for the amount of food you get. WORST BURRITO EVER. The burrito is burned after grilled and we can feel the taste of burning in each bite. I usually take... burrito from bar burrito in market place but I thought of trying it but I regret my decision. The taste is worst and I thinkthey don?t know how to make burrito and also one more thing I need to tell employees each and every thing 3-4 times. Worstexperience ever. They also don?t treat customers very well and they are always in hurry and try to make burrito very quick sothat they can chit chat with each other and their attitude towards me was very rude. I like this place compared to other burrito places. Usually pretty solid. But this time I got this whole raw onion in there lol
