I have ordered from here many times at my previous address and at my friends place. The Quality of food and service and customer... service I al now getting is a ZERO. Pizza with zero sauce after I spent &70. Chicken finger x 2 $40. Beyond dry. They agreed togive a credit for a pizza after the pizza order. Ordered a large pizza for pick up with half pepperoni/green pepper, the other half bacon and tomato. Some of the best pizza I... have had in a while, but when I got there to pick it up they charged me for 4 full toppings instead of two (an extra $2.50 pertopping) because "the computer made them". I have never had anyone charge full price for a half topping. Great pizza but won'tbe ordering again if this is how operate. Read more
The pizza was excellent. Nice thin crust that you'll want to eat, flavourful toping, the order was ready quickly. The employees... are not very good to communicate with the customers. I feel very fortunate to have discovered Parti Pizza. Have yet to go there in person, and if not for the pandemic and third... party delivery services, would likely never have tried it. However, the food served here, even with 20 to 40 minute deliverytimes, is incredibly good and consistent. Pizza is the best I've ever had delivered to my home in Kanata (which is sayingsomething, as I have sampled a wide range of pizza here), generous toppings, fantastic crust and sauce, order is alwayscompleted accurately. The pizza alone would keep me coming back, but what is extra impressive to me, shocking really, (to quoteanother reviewer) is how good everything else on the menu seems to be. How can one local restaurant have the best pizza and thebest fried chicken? Plus fantastic fries and gravy, and excellent chicken parmigiana. I just don't understand it. Clearly theowners here really care about the food they provide to their customers. If I could safely do so right now, I would love to meetthem in person and shake their hands in appreciation. As it is, hopefully this review will suffice to let them know that Ireally appreciate their fantastic food and excellent attention to detail. Read more
