Bad experience and I won't be back. My salad barely had salad dressing, so cheap, and the lettuce was turning brown.the potatoes... are FULL of black peppers, I was cooking when I ate one, and they are SUPER dry!!! They are so old and dry inside, it's likewhen you leave them out for days and they become stale. Eww. When I ordered my chicken sandwich, the guy turned around and thechicken was already there, cut up and ready to serve, it was super dry and old. I can't believe it. Mixed feelings about this joint. The food is usually spot on, but the service around can be hit or miss. There's one guy who is... amazing, friendly, and gives the best customer service - and then there's one who seems to be his opposite, rude, mumbles,doesn't honour order requests, and clearly doesn't want to be there. We picked up an order for my birthday dinner and had acoupon for a free sandwich from their loyalty system. When I presented the coupon the "less than stellar" employee said hecouldn't accept it as "System down. System down. Nothing I can do". All shawarma sandwiches from here are great, but don'texpect to use their loyalty system or get the best service. Read more
I used to love this place until I noticed the night shift employee would handle money and or touch his mask consistently and... never change his gloves unless you asked. He handled my food after touching his face at least 3 times. Bleh. I won't go hereanymore because I'm tired of asking him to change his gloves before touching my food. Read more

This location is good in a pinch, but for the potatoes a bit dried out as it seems they were in the steam table most of the day.... We were eating at around 5:30 so this is typically dinner rush, so I'd expected the potatoes to be fresher. The shawarma wastasty, ingredients were fresh and flavourful. The combined restaurant with Burger King is looking dated and is in need of arefresh. Read more
I am writing as i believe in customer service. I usually buy from the shawarma in riverside where im always greet excellent and... the family plate has a variety of spicy garlic, hummus, garlic and the salad has everything i love the place. Today my wifewent to the one on hunt cub and the experience was horrible, first she was greet with a bad attitude and the trays has prettymuch no food nothing, as she is pregnant she just felt intimidated and when she asked if he was going to put tabouli and spicygarlic (as we used to get it)he answered with a terrible attitude that all that its extra, he threw the trays to the counter andtreat my wife horrible she wanted to leave but she is a shy person, i paid 45$ and it?s supposed to feed 5 people but thisbarely feed 3. I came here few times because I liked the food and the service was ok! The place itself is (meh) really old! Today i had a very... bad experience : the guy preparing the food was super annoyed and almost agressive! It was like I was bothering him, and he hada very bad attitude! I understand that bad days happen to everyone, but don t throw it on me ! If you don?t like your job don ttake it on customers!!! To be honest i just got shy of leaving like that! I regret staying, and will not come back to be badlytreated! The owners should train their employees to be polite with the customers because the way you offer a service matters!
