I ordered a Caramel Macchiato and what I got was milk+caramel syrup (the drink was literally a beige white color). I had to go... home and add some coffee to it to balance it out. Would not recommend. Go to the Starbucks on Prince of Wales -- they've usuallygotten it right. Read more
Clean, good staff and conveniently located. Despite this, the coffee is just average. If you want to get a speciality coffee it... maybe be a good and easy place to go but if you prefer your coffee without all the extras it is not the best . In my opinion,there are some other cafes in the area that offer better quality coffee for the java lovers. Read more
Friendly service but the cups are always at least 1/4 empty... Edit: Actually, this location deserves one star instead of 4... because of how cheap they are with their drinks. Ordered a tall shaken espresso in a grande cup and got a cup that was halfempty and mostly ice. It took me less than 6 sips to finish the drink. For over $5, that?s a rip off. Update: My last couple of visits the service and the food has vastly improved. Some very friendly and well trained staff... hired. Food was stale. It took way too long to get served. The store was messy. Time to clean up the place and get a newmanager. Read more
I either get the best drink ever here or something kinda satisfactory. I?m not sure if it depends on who is making it or the... time of day. The staff are overall friendly but during busy times it seems overwhelming - I would be too with the drive thru,take out and long line. My mobile order was on the counter for about 10 minutes while I was there (it was not next to my name onthe receipt) but they were way too busy filling out other orders and the line to figure out. One of my favorite Starbucks. Always well staffed with friendly folks. Generally fast with your order but they can get busy at... times. The recent remodel looks great. Also, they have nitro which is a big win for me. Not to mention the everythingcroissant sandwich. I could liver off of those things! I'll see you guys again tomorrow!!!! Read more
