Location almost all the time backed up at both drive thru and inside, often taking and resolving a single order before taking... the next. Either this location needs to become bigger to handle the volume or open a second one around Barrhaven. As an update, they also seem to be pretty stingy on the fillings of their stuff. The sugar filled cookie has 0 filling compared to otherTim's. Read more

I've been going to this time hortons for a good 7 years now as it is the closest one to my place. The service has greatly gone... down hill and the quality isn't the same. I find the staff extremely unorganized and fail to either comprehend or listen whentaking an order. I find myself often enough getting the wrong order and by the time I realize I don't have the time or patienceto try and explain to them so I end suffering with paying for something I didn't ask for. I have worked MANY years when I wasyounger in both the fast food and restaurant industry so I have a good idea as to how things work. What really irks me the mostis how not just this tims but any fast industry prioritizes the drive thru over walk in customers which isn't fair to those whodo not drive. I do drive and I find this extremely unfair. To me the drive thru should only be for quick order items so stufflike drinks or items that are already prepared. I've often found myself standing inside at this tims waiting to be served allthe while everyone is only focused on the drive thru customers. I know because of this I myself am going to focus on changing myeating and drinking habits. I unfortunately enjoy my ice caps but for the reason of insane increases in price and the quality ofservice I will be working hard at kicking that habit and hopefully never spending my time or money here again or at fast foodplaces in general if I can but thats obviously a personal choice. To the management here open your eyes. Learn to delegate andput people in positions that they are strong and work at improving where they are weak when it is not busy as of course practicemakes perfect. Read more

Honestly, never been so unwelcome at a drive through than at this location. I cannot recall the last time I heard ?welcome to... Tim Hortons ? . Whatever folks they have working the intercom on weekends need some retraining in the basics. Very slow andfeels like making an order is a hassle to them. Read more

Had a very bad experience today with the drive thru employees. The man who took my order was very rude and had attitude. They... forgot to put forks so I asked if I could have it and he insisted that he put it himself when I clearly don't have it. Then, another employee gives it to me and tells me to go. The man then tells the lady that he really put it and he tells me to go. Itwas very unnecessary for the attitude for just some forks. The 2 star is for the person who made the sandwich because everythingwas perfect and I had the order complete. This Tim's is usually good but I guess they have new hires that need an attitudecheck. This is the slowest Tim Hortons! We?ve been in the drive thru for about 20 mins and there?s not even that many vehicles in the... line up. Rediculous amount of time wasted in this drive thru and it?s always like this. Read more

Honestly , I don?t know if it?s the turnover of staff but this location constantly struggles with consistency and service. The... wait times to be this long and so often at a tim hortons is brutal. This location is in the middle one one the fastest growingsuburbs in eastern ontario and struggles. If you think the drive thru is bad, don?t even think about getting in line inside.Hoping this place turns it around especially for the speed in delivery Tim?s is known for Read more

Online ordered a sandwich and chili along with a drink. They had no chili. The app should reflect what is available at the... selected location. Took 5 minutes to understand I didn't want a substitute for my chili and issue my refund. Do better TimHortons. Read more

The person working the drive thru consistently is only capable of serving one person at a time. They will take an order, cash... you out and then give you your order and then start all over as opposed to taking an order, cashing you out, whilesimultaneously taking the subsequent order. There is consistently as a result several cars backed up and you should expect towait. Also, they rarely have any baked goods, although that?s consistent w every Tim Horrors these days so that?s nothingnew. If you log a complaint or a comment on their site, or call the restaurant, they?ll never get back to you so don?t wasteyour time. Read more
