Went to see a family member in the Queensway Carlton hospital and decided to grab some donuts from Timmy's. I haven't been in... the Queensway Carlton since the 90's and I think it's amazing to have a tim Hortons in a hospital. I can't really speak about itvery much because I didn't buy much ( 6 donuts). They only had about 4-5 donut types available but they had cookies and timbitsand whatnot. Service was fast and friendly, there were 2 people working there. It's sort of a 'kiosk/pop-up ' store so youreally can't compare it to a full size Timmy's. All in all a pleasant experience. Read more
Needs more staff. Staff is overworked with usually only one person working the store front. Be prepared to wait a long time for... just a coffee. Aramark needs to do better for the staff. Read more
How is it that a Tim Hortons at a hospital has better quality food/drinks and staff than quite and fully equiped branches... elsewhere. The staff is really friendly, and helpful. They greet you with a smile which believe it or not, is a missing qualityfrom other locations like in Kanata, Ottawa South, and Stittsville. Thank you for a pleasant experience! Read more

ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING! I ordered a 20 pack of timbits, started eating them only to realize there was TWO COCKROACHES CRAWLING... ALL OVER THEM! I immediately got sick. This is unacceptable considering this location is located inside a hospital and isserving people with weakened immune systems and people who are susceptible to illness..... absolutley filthy and disgusting. Ican only imagine all the bacteria, virus, and filth that contaminates the food they're serving to the patients.. I will befiling a complaint with HEALTH AND SAFETY ASAP. Cleaninliness should be their top priority here. I was able to take a video ofthe cockroaches crawling all over my order, I also went back to look in the display case, only to see little baby ones crawlingunder the donuts, which I also took a video of.... It's nice having a Tim Hortons on site. I've been here for long periods of time before, and the coffee helps!
There have been multiple times I?ve had to spend most of my 30 min break waiting in line. There needs to be more staff on during... the week as it is a super busy hospital. The working staff are doing their best but they need more support. The lines areusually down the hall/around the corner. Read more
