i have been using this Tim Horton's since the day it is opened. i had the worst customer experience i ever had with the lady who... serviced me today. ordered ice capucino and large ice coffee i paid then i was handed over 2 ice capucino's when I said iordered large ice coffee she was not too happy threw the ice cap into the basket proceeded to say i ordered 2 ice cap and ishould have been more attentive reading the screen... when she opened the door again to pass me the ie coffee she remined methat she has checked with the girl who received the order and it was ice cap... next time i should read my orders on thescreen... and there were no mention of returning my money even offering.. i feel i left a tip to her when i got a lousyservice... if it was not drive through i would have talked to her manager... - i may still go... she needs to take lessons oncustomer service... The most disgusting Chilli I have ever had. I'm a fan of most Tim Hortons Chilli but this was disgusting. It was watered down so... much there was absolutely no taste. I ordered a large and received 1/3 of a bun with it. I will never go back to this location.Sad as it's very close to home. Read more

This location inconsistently changes their hours on a whim. Some days they close at 4pm, some times 6pm, sometimes 10pm, without... any notice but a piece paper on their door. This would be negligible if it were only occasionally due to staff shortage, butI've been coming here for years and this is an everyday thing. For that reason until the owner can keep his doors open regularlyI do not recommend this location. Read more

Get this. Due to the Rogers power outage I waiting in the drive through for about 15 minutes only to discover that the credit... and debit machine was down. I come here multiple times a week, and get the same order for $5.22. I happened to have $5.10 on me,and asked if this would be alright due to the circumstance. After explaining my situation at the drive through speaker, theworker said that it would be alright. I waited another 5 minutes until I got to the window, only to have the worker change hermind and tell me that they wouldn't accept my order. The crochety old lady seemed to take the utmost amount of pleasure indenying me my order over literally 0.10 cents. I had to tear my car apart in the drive through lane (embarrassing) and was luckyenough to find another dime. Keep in mind this was after I was already told that it would be sufficient without the additional0.10 cents. The lady folded her arms at the drive through window with a smug smile. Can't believe this was all over 0.10 cents.For reference, its the taller manager I believe that looks like a raisin. Read more

The worker of this Tim Hortons did not allow me to go to the washroom without waiting in the long line that started from the... street even though I was in a desperate need. She did not care even when I told her I was about to wet my pants! I bought theretons of coffee and other stuff, but could not go to the washroom when I needed :) Zero flexibility, accommodation, andcompassion. Read more
