I always do walk-in, and always for smile pizzas. Service is always good. Smile pizzas are the best. But when I want to be... smiling and you guys call me "sir", or "this man"... it makes ME not smile. It makes me sad face. I've tried, but you guysdon't get it. WORST PLACE EVER! Buy your Pizza ANYWHERE ELSE. Pizza came cold and is a few minutes drive from their location. Pizza had... topping that I did not ask for. Pizza never came with dipping sauce that I ordered. Wings did not taste fully cooked and theyonly put you the smallest amount of dip for the wings. STAY AWAY!! Read more
The pizza is our favourite for its type of pizza. Affordable. It's in the pizza pizza/little ceaser style and we enjoy it more... than those. Also this location has very friendly staff and provide excellent customer service!! Other restaurants could learnfrom them on how to take interact with customers. Impressed!! Read more
They charge extra for chicken, if you want the advertised lactose free cheese prepare to pay extra. So a $11.95 pizza will cost... you $15.95. Not impressed. Read more
Pizza is great , food is great , always fast 30minutes. Reason for 2 stars : forgot to tip when we paid online , and the... delivery guy waited for me to tip (I gave him 10 so he'd calm down) , then the guy gave me a lecture, I don't need a lecturefrom unhinged delivery drivers, I'll stick with Milanos from now on. My advice to him , don't lecture paying customers afterthey tip you 25% and own up to a mistake. Edit: 2 to 5 stars Toppers addressed the issue and handled it perfectl, and spokewith the driver ( I don't beleive in firing the guy if he was maybe having a bad day) Read more
Consistently delicious pizza. We order every time we play Dungeons & Dragons and, since we hadn't played in a while, I asked... Toppers to draw a dragon in one of the boxes and they delivered. I wish I could attach the photo because someone there is apretty great artist. Read more
My first time ordering and last time. I ordered 2 large pizzas, one plain cheese and the other with green peppers and green... olives, I specified only 3 times to make sure both pizzas are golden (well done), and that toppings are under the cheese, notover. I was told my order would be ready for 6pm, it turns out it was not, and I ended up waiting till 6:15pm. I check out bothpizzas in the shop, and the plain cheese had a golden finish but not the gr. peppers and gr. olive pizza, that one was whitewith a few tiny gold spots, and the toppings were over the cheese not under, very disappointing and not how I ordered it. Iasked the young man at the front to put that one pizza back into the oven to get a more golden finish. I waited another 5 min,and when I finally got that pizza back, it still wasn't golden lol. It looked as if they added a bit more cheese to cover someof the toppings that were showing and yet did not have enough time to get it golden properly. Firstly, they cannot followinstructions, I did not ask for more cheese, that's gross, I simply asked they put it back in the oven and get it golden. I didnot like their pizza at all, it was horrible, and the crust could not carry the weight of the cheese of the gr. peppers and gr.olive pizza that they destroyed. I wasted all that time, and did not eat their pizza in the end, my kids found the pl. cheesepizza okay, more of an upscale pizza pizza, but not quite. The funniest thing about this experience was that I said it was myfirst time ordering when I placed my order, you would think they would pay special attention to the fact that this is a newcustomer order, who may become a frequent customer in the future?? I guess that didn't get there attention, but hopefully thisreview should. Read more
