We have been ordering food for the past 10 years and used to be the best since the pandemic the price went up and less food in... the plate last time we ordered Beef and Broccoli it was 3 pieces tiny beef and few broccoli a lot carrots well it?s beef andbroccoli in the menu why would you put carrots. Lemon chicken wasn?t fresh it was very dry also chicken fried rice very tinychicken in it we decided not to go back it?s pricey and we are not getting what we pay for. Read more
The food is good, the best I have had in a while in Barrhaven area, tried 2 other places + Mandarin and this is better, real... American Chinese Food. The service is very friendly and the portions are very decent and the food is warm. The General Tao isthe best we had in a while, there are no peas or corn in the rice, yeee!!! You can get the wings not breaded and the ribs arenice. You can also ask no MSG!!! :) Love it!!! I wish they delivered but if that is what we need to do to help businesses thesedays that is ok by me. Wan?s Chinese is the best in Barrhaven by far. They always come through with top shelf Szechuan chicken and the Cantonese chow... mein is always proper. This family owned business is run very clean. You can see right down in there kitchen. One time I waslate to pickup my food (my fault) and they recooked it for me as they didn?t want me to get it cold. The food doesn?t leave thatstrong MSG taste in your mouth like other places. For whoever made the review about there food being late on Xmas eve, youshould know that?s and New Year?s Eve are the busiest days of the year for these kind of businesses. Cut them some slack. Pickit up if you want faster service. Overall I truly give them 9.7/10 from over 50 times ordering from them. Very few issues overthere years.
