Just went through the drive thru at 1900. Waited a while to get my food, they were not too busy. I ordered six chicken nuggets... and got five dry old rocks. Ordered a baked patato with cheese and bacon crumble, got a mostly raw hard patato with cheese thathad a film on it and three strip of bacon. My double JBC had zero cheese on it and the small fries I ordered didn't make it tothe bag. Such a disappointment, I called when I discovered the discrepancys and got voice mail... I likely will hear nothingabout it... Such a great restaurant, the brand, so horribly run, this location! Read more

Horrible experience and customer service! We went into the restaurant to order 3 meals. It was a Friday night, dinner time and... so it was busy. After waiting 20 minutes we got our food and drove home. Once home, we discovered the burgers were raw. Wepacked them up and drove all the way back. They didn?t even acknowledge or apologize for the uncooked meat. Instead, I wasasked what burgers they were and told they would make us new ones. They handed us the new burgers and they were a little morecooked, but terrible. No offer of fresh fries (we had ordered combos) and again, not one apology for having to waste our timeand gas to return to the restaurant. I wonder how many other raw burgers were purchased and eaten, especially parents of youngchildren! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Read more

Wish I could give a 0 star review. Horrible service. Order through the app and paid $12.87 for order, went to counter to pick up... and cashier said I did not pay. I paid at another $18.17 at cash. While waiting for my order I verified I was charged twice forthis order and informed the cashier. She told me to come back on Monday. Meanwhile the Milk I ordered with kids meal was sourand I did not get my bottle of water I ordered. I went back Monday to see the manager and I got a refund. However they did notreplace the sour milk or give me the bottle of water I paid for. Avoid this location at all costs, horrible customer service!!! Read more

One star given because I can't give zero. Thursday at 7:30pm. Ordered 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks and a chili. Spent $30... after tax. - waited over 15 minutes for my order - chili was cold as it was packaged immediately after ordering and just sat onthe counter - burgers were partially cooked, greasy, and unappetizing - fries were cold - half of the drink options wereunavailable in the drink dispenser - lobby was an absolute disaster - unclean tables and floors and the condiment / liddispenser were unstocked Yes, they were going through a rush so they were a tad busier than usual but I saw no sense of urgencyin any of the staff members. The one manager I did see kept looking at the order monitor and was not reacting to the situationaround her to help expedite orders or ensure quality or cleanliness. Even after the rush subsided, there was no staff membersent out to check on the lobby cleanliness. We left the restaurant appalled and disgusted. My wife and I have only 'banned'one restaurant in the past 20 years and that was because of food poisoning. Congrats on being our second, Wendy's. What wasonce our favorite restaurant has become our least. We will NEVER come here again. Read more

Hi, we went through the drive thru and ordered 3 burger meals. When we got home and tried to eat all three of the burgers were... extremely raw inside. We took the time to drive back to the store and had our burgers remade. At home we once again went toeat and again all three burgers were raw inside. Very disappointed and extremely frustrated that the proper effort wasn't madeto ensure the burgers were cooked through, especially the second time. This is especially dangerous since I am pregnant andalso serving a young child. Read more

Although Wendy?s is seen as a high liking burger joint. I was unpleased with the hair I found in my burger. The manager was kind... enough to get me another ready in a matter of seconds but still, Better precautions should be taken. My poutine gravy was alsocold. Read more

As a long time fan of this location, it?s tough to see the quality decline so sharply. The chicken is almost non existent here,... and is typically always stale. Need more from this location. Not sure if ownership has changed but it used to be solid. Read more
