I love to stop by ever once in a while but when I do they do their just perfectly even the night shift. They staff is well... working and caring. They all make sure you have what you want and how you want it, and the cooks at night shift is really goodat what they do best. The waiters are really nice and well mannered. I love the managers that work there at night shift theymake me smile. Read more
The employees are really nice and caring, and they do their best to make sure you get your drink and food. It may take longer... sometimes to get your order because the cooks are busy cooking others, and other times you'll get your food quicker. It's a goodstop by kind of restraint, and a good rest place, or just a break for a little on your travel. Read more
I paid $20+ for order + delivery and this is what they gave me. I took this pic before I touched my food, not only is it... ridiculous that they charge $12+ for an appetizer, but it portion sizes are for a child. I also order onion rings, and I got asmall amount of chips and gross dip instead. No one informed me of the replacement. This is unacceptable. If I could give 0stars, I would. Read more
To go order. We ordered the lumberjack, there was no bacon nor sausage included. The bread was not toasted. I ordered strawberry... on my pancakes and it came with one cut up strawberry for $2.99. I definetly understand that America is understaffed but we gavethem a while to get it right, more than once. I called the store and the hostess was very apologetic but since I couldn't comeback, they couldn't do anything for me. I'm fine with that. I got dropped off here after a vehicle accident where my car was immobilized. I decided to grab breakfast and get my life... together. I had my bags and a laundry basket, and looking a bit ruffled. I explained my situation to the waitress, to offer anexplanation for all of my baggage - physical and emotional. Above and beyond service. She not only allowed me to hang out untilI could get things situated, she then gave me a ride to the 7-11 to meet the St. George Shuttle. A great lady, pleasant andefficient. The restaurant itself is a Denny's. Nothing spectacular - either direction. Clean, comfortable, predictable. Goodfood. Nothing out of the norm, except the exceptional service. Read more
