HORRIBLE!! Ended up throwing the whole order in the trash what a waste of time and money....I was Greeted with an attitude not... only by the girl in the window but the Manger himself. Ordered my food and fries were luke warm sandwich was ice cold and breadwas stale. I don't care what you do for a living weather it's working as a lawyer, fast food worker or sanitation dept..whatever your job is do it with pride and don't serve anyone something you wouldn't want served to yourself. The fact that thisstore is still there is a miracle in itself. I can only believe that it must be corporate owned store. If so they need to hirepeople who are going to represent the brand with pride instead of having an attitude because they don't want to be there. Lasttime me or my family will ever eat at this location again. If they don't clean up their act soon this store won't last here muchlonger. FACTS! Read more

Worst BK outside an airport or truck stop. We live in the area and about once ever year or two we make the mistake of going to... this Burger King. You can be the only one at the drive-thru and easily wait 10min. Food is wildly inconsistent and items arefrequently out of stock. Seems to always be understaffed with new employees that have little to no training. From the state ofthe place, the franchiser just doesn't care about this location, or the folks that work there. Amazing that most of the otherBKs in the area are gone, yet this one remains. Read more

While waiting in line , the back door was wide open and Mice we're running in and out , the service was slow the cashier short... changed us $5.00 , the fries were cold and stale , the burger cold and the bun was stale ???? Absolutely Horrible , you havejust lost a loyal customer, never had any problem with the one in Eatontown before they closed , oh did I mention we drove fromEatontown to Neptune for your food ? ???????? Had a half hour lunch break. Headed to Burger King FAST FOOD restaurant and service was anything but that. Waited 27 minutes... between drive thru and paying. Not to mention it?s 2pm in the afternoon (not even lunch rush). SLOW AS HELL Read more

I had a bad experience at Burger King. An employer by the name of Monique Dennis was very very rude. Made 3 burgers 1 was for... myself the other two were for my senior aunts. She piled so much mustard on them, onions and pickles all containing a great dealof salt. No lettuce or tomatoes! Fries were cold and no salt! Her manager also was very rude! We pulled up at 7:30pm to find an empty parking lot with 3 BK employees hanging out outside of the restaurant by the front door.... As we got out and headed toward the door, two employees returned back inside and the third, didn't move from leaning on thetrash can. As we reached for the front door, the employee, still wearing the drive thru headphones, said to us without takingher eyes off her phone, "They're closed. They don't have anyone making the food." Not sure what she mumbled, we asked again andshe answered with the same sentence, and again, without looking away from her phone. Read more
