On June 8th I was craving a sub and so I decided to order a sub. When I received the sub the lettuce and tomatoes were old and... wilted and the bread was hard. When I called the restaurant I spoke with Collette who rather then assist me she put me on holdthen came back and said she walked to the kitchen and said that she doesn?t know what I?m talking about because the lettuce andtomatoes looks crisp and fresh thus insinuating that I was lying. I insisted that was not what I received in my order so I askedif I could send a picture , her response to seeing the picture was that she would talk with the owner. I still have not heardanything from anyone and that was in June. I?ve ordered from this restaurant many times and never had a problem like this, Ihonestly don?t think I will be coming back. Read more
Visiting from upstate ny, I was a little hesitant on placing a big order from a place I've never had but no lie, This is The... BEST pizza I've ever had! The tiramisu AMAZING! Believe it or not, even the freshness of the cucumber in the antipasto will blowyour mind! I will drive 6+ hours happily just to eat this delicious food again. Read more
Tried Maurizio's for the first time based on a friend's recommendation. Had to go a little out of my way to get here. They were... very busy, which to me at least means all the food will be fresh. They forgot to make an entrée for the order, so I had to waita very long time for it to come out. They did throw in some dessert without me asking or complaining, which I greatlyappreciate. Pizza and all the entree's were good, nothing great. I'd love to give it a 4.5 star since even though I didn't lovethe food and had an issue with the order, the fact that they stepped up and handled it with good customer service made all thedifference to me. If I were in the area again, I'd return and try some of their other offerings. Read more
ordered from here as I?m told the food is pretty good. Received a salad that?s was full of brown leaves. the solution at 9:45 pm... was to offer to bring me a new one that would take 45 minutes. I was advised that bc that was super late they could offer acredit of $4. okay, whatever?fine. still can?t enjoy my dinner tonight, but on principle they were trying to make good. Went intonight after ordering another dinner and was met with reluctance, especially from the woman with the long blonde hair behindthe counter. Prob the person in charge but instead of talking to me directly she whispered to the cashier. I asked for a fullsalad minus the $4 difference. Went back and forth about $2. The cashier (nice Spanish guy) did what he could under her watchfuleye to rectify the situation. Hmmm ? idk. Truly a hidden gem. Being from the area I can firmly say that if you?re looking for a solid slice/pie of pizza you can certainly... expect Maurizios to deliver on that expectation. If you choose to sit in you?ll find the atmosphere to be very cozy and wellkept. I will definitely be coming back here again, and suggest anyone in the area looking for a great quick bite to stop on by. Read more

Not only is the food getting worse while the prices are increasing, but the customer service is extremely lacking. I ordered... food, when it came the order was incorrect, and I spent over an hour trying to explain this to the miserable individuals I hadthe displeasure of speaking with over the phone. The order was wrong. It shouldn?t have been be that difficult, but they reallydidn?t care at all. So I am stuck with a pizza covered in mushrooms, which my husband is allergic to. Really classy.
