This Mickey D's is right near the beach - seeing as though we have a 6 y/o and an hour drive up the parkway, this McDonald's is... a Godsend. But. While my son was able to happily eat his lukewarm mcnuggets during the drive, it wasn't until we got home whenthe real fun began. Ordered Hi-C Orange...got orange soda. Said no ketchup on my wife's burger...ketchup. Opened my chickensandwich...AND A MUHFXXKING FLY ESCAPES OUT THE BOX! That bxstard had been in the box, chillin on my chicken sandwich for overan hour! I had a coupon for a free happy meal (if I purchased a large combo) which I didn?t notice, so I thought I just got the meal.... Instead of nicely telling me or trying to explain, she yelled at me and treated me like a child. She was hispanic I think with adiamond nose stud. I felt really upset by the way I was treated. I work retail so I understand being tired and annoyed withcustomers, but I would never be openly rude to them like she was. I wouldn?t have minded if she nicely let me know that I neededto purchase the meal, but she was aggressive grom the start. When I told her to just cancel the order because I didn?t have themoney, she said ?bye then!? in an extremely condescending voice and tried to keep the coupon. When I asked for it back, sheseemed annoyed that I wanted it back even though I didn?t even use it on anything. This is more for management so hopefully sheunderstands how rude she treated me and maybe becomes a better person. Read more
Went through drove through verified 3 times that my egg and cheese did not have bacon, they confirmed and guess what.. It HAD... bacon. Mistakes happen. All good. Went back, kindly asked to have it fixed.. No acknowledging their mistake, gave me a face likeI Should just accept it... They did not prepare my food right I asked for a cheese burger but they gave me a hamburger and fry?s so I waited in line... although the line was very long.
