Even though I enjoy my amazing pizza on the shore this... is a good alternative. it?s conveniently located not too far from me and is always hot when I pick it up. Food is always good, I order ever so often. However, a unfriendly delivery driver, was very nasty to me demanding I tip him and... rudely walked off when I refused then he said "I don't work for free" with that attitude he'll be out of a job and a regularpaying customer. You're Papa John's not Dominic's, Delvettos (Rude customer service), Vics or even Molinari's, which is wellworth tipping. I always order off the Papa John's app which they already charge a fee. A customer is never obligated to TIPdelivery drivers either way and should never be harassed to do so! Read more

Terrible customer service. I'm already slightly opposed to the owners racist rants but thought to give it another chance. I... ordered 2 large pies for my daughter's class the moment they opened. I called an hour later to check the status of the delivery,they answered the phone as with no greeting, when i said I'm calling to check the status of the delivery he was rude and said,"I told you 50 minutes", nothing about whether the pies were actually done, still at the store or just left. Well the jury is still out. I find their Pizza to be fairly average. Their delivery seems to be pretty quick unless it's on a... weekend. Which sometimes can't be helped. USED to be a great local place for great pizza. That was years ago. Since changing management, service has plummeted. Twice now... I've ordered pizza relatively late (30 mins to closing) and the order took an hour and a half to be delivered and was cold whenit arrived. The staff aren't necessarily rude but definitely have a "whatever" attitude. On top of that the customer is chargedextra fees built into the cost of the order AND expected to tip?! "Whatever" is right. That's EXACTLY the kind of tip you getnow from me and you're lucky to get anything. The drive was nice enough (Same guy both times) but he gave the same lie/excuse"oh we're so busy tonight" ... yea right. This time, no tip and I left a note "Late, cold and very dry pizza". Read more
